Unfortunately from time to time items may arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, damaged or unusable. Should your item arrive damaged or unusable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, to arrange a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or return for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. With our clothing items, yoga pants, outfits and socks, we understand that you may have tried them on. However please make sure the item is clean and returned to it’s original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will exchange items that are defective or damaged for the same item only. Please send us an email at: email@example.com and return your item to: Yoga Love Online, PO Box 203, Mermaid Beach, Queensland AU 4218.
If you chose the wrong size, we will also exchange your item for a different size upon return of your original purchase. You will need to pay for the shipping to return the wrong sized item and the exchange item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have followed the process above and we have notified you of your refund but you have not received your refund, please, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
